Sub-Zero
The most valuable 45 minutes in your Sub-Zero’s life.
The condenser is where your Sub-Zero sheds heat. As dust, lint, and pet hair blanket the coil, the unit runs longer and hotter to do the same job, quietly burning compressor life and electricity until something fails on a holiday weekend.
Our condenser service is a full airflow restoration. Grille off, coil vacuumed and flushed, condenser fan cleaned and checked, temperatures verified against factory spec before we button it up. Sub-Zero itself recommends this every 6 to 12 months, and most failures we see trace back to years without it.
The condenser fan pulls room air, and everything in it, through the coil all day long. Kitchens with pets or open floor plans clog fastest.
Longer run cycles, higher electric bills, struggles in warm weather, and early compressor failure. That last one is the most expensive repair on the machine.
Factory spec airflow, shorter cycles, quieter running, and headroom for the next heat wave.
Every 6 to 12 months, straight from Sub-Zero’s own guidance. Once a year at minimum. Every six months if you have shedding pets.
You can improve the grille area, but the full coil face, the fan blades, and the airflow check need the panel work and tools of a service visit. Bent fins from home brushing are a repair we see all the time.
Yes. Scheduled condenser service is the backbone of the Noble maintenance plan, along with seal inspection, temperature calibration, and a full system check.
One call, and it is handled. Open daily, 7am to 7pm.
Same day slots are limited and go to the first callers. The diagnostic is credited toward your repair, so it costs you nothing to find out.
